Italian eyewear creator Safilo and Swatch have signed a collaborationagreement to release the first Swatch-branded sunglasses, Eyewear. The first collection, “Swatch The Eyes”, launched recently, is a line of creative, playful and lifestyle-oriented sunglasses that promises to change your look whenever you want.

‘Swatch The Eyes’ offers heaps of personalisation possibilities.

Swatch The Eyes is an interchangeable eyewear that offers three frames to choose from, and up to 210 different style combinations. The three consist of a classic round frame, an edgy squared frame and a winged-core frame — all of which, when combined with the exciting palette of 30-pattern, bicolour and monochrome front designs, bring a host of individual styling possibilities to the table, making it easy to regularly change your look.

After purchasing the first set of glasses, wearers can add different fronts to harmonise with the first one. The complete glasses and separate clip-on fronts come in their own coloured boxes for safe storage after sunset. The finished creation — designed, engineered and produced in Europe — is super-comfortable, robust and also very safe, with excellent UV protection. The glasses integrate high-quality materials as well as resistance to perspiration, chemical products and breakage.
