A fashion design graduate was crowned Miss Taffany’s Universe 2016 in a contest held in Pattaya on Friday night.
Jiratchaya “Pung” Sirimongkolnawin, a graduate in fashion design from Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit campus, became the 19th Miss Tiffany’s Universe in the transgender beauty pageant.
Ms Jirachaya also won the Miss Photogenic and Miss Silky Skin awards.
Minanan “Fighter” Santap was the first runner-up and Lananda “A-Li” Wattanasivilaikun was the second runner-up in the contest held at Tiffany’s Show Theater Pattaya.
Assoc Prof Seree Wongmontha chaired the presiding judging committee.
In addition to the crown and trophy, Miss Tiffany’s Universe received 150,000 baht in cash, a sedan worth 800,000 baht and several gifts and beauty products from sponsors of the show, mainly beauty clinics.
